Make your prints look extraordinary by mounting them on our sleek contemporary 3/16" or 1/2" foamcore mounting boards. Foamcore is a strong lightweight, easily cut material for backing, or mounting photographic prints.
The mounting process involves taking a mounting adhesive for attaching the photograph or print to a board or substrate, which is rigid or semi-rigid (in our case foamcore). The benefits of mounting include preserving the graphic from possible wrinkling or tearing, as well as making it easier to handle and display.
Laminating is the process of applying a film to one side of a printed print. Benefits of lamination are adding luster or gloss to a printed product, providing stability to the sheet, allowing it to be more durable or stand upright, providing protection to sheets that are handled frequently or many encounter moisture, and in some cases, water proof, tear proof, and tamper proof (*48hrs turn around time for digital photo prints mounting and lamination).
