Step 1. To access your online account, click My Account
Step 2. Select Update Your On-Line Account to continue
Step 3. Click Continue after update
Step 4. Select Order Status / History to track orders
Step 5. Select Show all orders or search by date range
Step 6. Input a 4 digits Personal Identification Number > Update

Step 7. Select Dealer Location Preference to define your default pickup location
Step 8. Search by State & City or Zip to find a pick up location near you > Find
Step 9. To cancel your account, please send us an email. Your account will be removed from our system within 48 hours.
